About Me

Wendi Chen (陈文嘉) is a multidisciplinary problem solver who creates work for video games, children's media, product design, and advertising. Born in Beijing and raised in Metro Detroit, she eventually settled in Seattle to work as a game artist. Currently, she sells her work at the world-famous Pike Place Market while moonlighting as a cover artist and freelance illustrator.

In her spare time, Wendi enjoys sketching, photography, piano, writing, cooking, video games, OneWheeling, and being by the ocean. She regularly exhibits her work at galleries and comic conventions across the country. For details on upcoming shows, refer to the Events page.
