Shipping & Returns FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Orders will typically ship within 4-5 business days but may take longer when I have a lot of events. All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped by Wendi. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping time is about 4-8 days with USPS.

What is your return policy?

Due to the costs and labor associated with fulfilling online orders, I do not accept returns.

My package arrived damaged.

I do my best to protect your items before shipping them out, but some things are out of my control! If your order arrives damaged, please contact me (wendichenart@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving it, and I will send you a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, I only ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. I promise to expand my reach to more locations eventually!

In-Person Market Policy 

All sales are final. Exchanges are offered at my discretion, provided the product is in excellent condition.
